When no code arrives
Automatic refunds, cancelling early, asking for the SMS again, and what to do when a platform rejects the number.
Wait a moment first
Most codes arrive within a minute or two, some take longer. Check the platform actually sent the SMS — some only send one after you tap a second button, or send it as a call.
Nothing arrives: you're refunded automatically
When the countdown ends without a code, the order closes and the full price returns to your balance. You don't need to do anything.
Don't want to wait? Cancel
Cancel an order any time before a code arrives and the full price comes straight back.
If Cancel says to wait
Some providers don't release a number in its first few seconds. If Cancel asks you to wait, try again after the time it shows.
The platform says it sent another code
Use Resend on the order. It asks for the SMS again on the same number and appears as a new entry in Order history — watch that one for the code.
The code arrived but the platform rejected the number
A delivered code can't be refunded: the number did receive it. But tell us with Didn't work on the order. It counts against that provider on that platform and country, which is how Numestri learns to route the next order elsewhere — for you and everyone else.
Try a different option
If a platform keeps refusing numbers from one country, try another country, or an option with a proven quality badge. See Choosing an option.
