- Pay the invoice
You get an address, an exact amount and a QR code. The exchange rate is held for 30 minutes. Send exactly that amount, of that coin, on that network.
- Wait for the confirmations
The invoice updates as the payment is seen and confirmed. Once it reaches the confirmations above, your balance is credited — bonus included — automatically.
Bonus on deposits of $100 or more
Any single deposit of $100 or more earns a flat +5% bonus. Deposits under $100 earn no bonus, and deposits are not combined to reach $100.
The bonus is added to your balance in the same moment as the deposit.
Crypto can't be reversed
Send only the coin and network on the invoice. A different coin, or the right coin on the wrong network, is lost permanently and cannot be recovered. There are no chargebacks.
If something doesn't line up
Paid a little less? Shortfalls of up to 2% are credited in full. Larger shortfalls are credited for what actually arrived.
Paid after the 30 minutes? Contact support with the transaction id; we credit what was received at the current rate.
