No caduca. No necesitas solicitarlo.
- Added: Please read these terms carefully. They limit our liability, require you to indemnify us, and explain that we act only as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- Added: 1. Who these terms are between
- Added: These terms are between you and the operator of Numestri ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, adding funds, placing an order, calling the API, or otherwise using the service, you accept them. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes that company.
- Added: You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract. You may not use the service if you are barred from doing so under the laws of any country that applies to you, or if you are on any government sanctions list.
- Added: 2. What the service is
- Added: We provide access to temporary and long-term phone numbers and forward the SMS messages they receive, and we resell email accounts and related access. The intended use is receiving one-time verification codes for accounts you are entitled to create.
- Added: We are a reseller. Numbers come from third-party carriers and suppliers. We do not own the underlying networks, and availability, delivery and pricing depend on them.
- Added: 3. We are only an intermediary
- Added: This is fundamental to the service, and you accept it by using it:
- Added: We do not own, host, operate, create or control anything we sell. Every phone number, inbox, email account, rental and message is provided by an independent third-party supplier or carrier. We pass your order to a supplier and pass back what the supplier provides. We do not manufacture numbers, do not run telephone networks or SIM infrastructure, and do not create, operate or administer the email accounts we resell.
- Added: We do not author, send, edit or control message content. Messages delivered to a number are written and sent by third parties (the platform you are verifying with, or anyone else who sends to that number) and relayed to you as received. We are not the sender or publisher of any message and are not responsible for what it says.
- Added: We are not affiliated with the platforms you verify with. The names of services and brands that appear in our catalogue (for example social networks, apps, marketplaces) are used only to describe what a number is suitable for. They belong to their owners, who do not endorse, sponsor or have any relationship with us. Your use of any of those platforms is governed solely by your agreement with that platform.
- Added: We do not control third parties. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, policies, outages, errors, prices or terms of any supplier, carrier, platform, payment network, blockchain, wallet or other third party, including a platform's decision to reject, block, limit, suspend or close an account or a number.
- Added: 4. Numbers are temporary and recycled
- Added: This is the single most important thing to understand about the numbers themselves:
- Added: A number is reserved exclusively for you for the duration of your order — typically twenty minutes for a one-time number, or the rental period you paid for.
- Added: When that period ends, the number returns to the supplier pool and may be issued to someone else, who will then receive any messages sent to it.
- Added: Numbers may have been used by others before you, and may already be blocked by some services.
- Added: Never use one of these numbers as the recovery method, two-factor method, or contact number for an account you intend to keep. If you do and you lose access, that is a foreseeable result of using a temporary number and we are not responsible for it.
- Added: 5. Shared (public inbox) numbers
- Added: Where offered, numbers marked shared are free or near-free because their inbox is a publicly readable web page. Anyone can read codes sent to them. They are labelled as such before purchase. Do not use one for anything you would mind a stranger seeing.
- Added: 6. Acceptable use
- Added: You are solely responsible for how you use the service and everything you obtain through it. You must not use a number, email account or anything else obtained through this service to:
- Added: Commit fraud, or impersonate another person or organisation.
- Added: Evade a ban, suspension, or law-enforcement measure, or circumvent a sanction or export control.
- Added: Harass, threaten, defraud, stalk, extort or abuse anyone.
- Added: Send unsolicited bulk messages, or operate a spam, phishing or scam campaign.
- Added: Create or verify accounts in breach of another service's terms, or at a scale intended to manipulate a platform (fake reviews, vote manipulation, bot networks).
- Added: Open or access financial, banking, payment or cryptocurrency accounts in another person's name, or in breach of identity-verification (KYC) or anti-money-laundering rules.
- Added: Access or verify anything relating to a person under 18, or anything relating to child sexual abuse material.
- Added: Break any law that applies to you or to us, including anti-money-laundering, sanctions, telecommunications, data-protection and computer-misuse law.
- Added: You represent that every account you create or verify with our numbers is one you are lawfully entitled to create, and that your use complies with the terms of the platform concerned.
- Added: We enforce this. Accounts used for the above are closed without refund. We are not obliged to monitor how the service is used, but we may investigate any suspected breach, and we cooperate with platforms and authorities as described in section 7.
- Added: 7. Records, logging and law enforcement
- Added: We keep records, and we cooperate with lawful requests. You agree that:
- Added: We log activity on the service. This includes your account details, the date and time of sign-up, sign-in and sign-out, the IP addresses and browser or device information you connect from, API key activity, every number, rental and email account issued to you and when, when codes were received, and every payment, deposit and blockchain transaction relating to your account. These records are kept in a tamper-evident (hash-chained) log so they can be relied on later. What we keep and for how long is set out in our Privacy Policy.
- Added: We comply with law enforcement and legal process. We respond to subpoenas, court orders, warrants, and other valid legal requests from law-enforcement and government authorities, and to properly-scoped requests from platforms investigating abuse of their services. We may preserve records on receipt of a preservation request.
- Added: We may disclose without notice. Where we are legally required, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, serious harm, or a threat to life or safety, or to protect our rights or the rights of others, we may disclose your information and records without telling you first, and we may be prohibited from telling you at all.
- Added: We may report. We may report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities and provide them with the records we hold.
- Added: Using a temporary number does not make you anonymous to us. Do not use the service if you intend to break the law.
- Added: 8. Your account
- Added: You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method (your email inbox, passkey, or linked sign-in account) and your API keys secure, and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been compromised; you can create new API keys, revoke old ones and sign out every session yourself from your dashboard.
- Added: One person or organisation, one account. Do not resell access to your account.
- Added: 9. Payment, balance and pricing
- Added: The service is prepaid. You add funds to a balance and each order draws it down. Prices are shown before you commit and are charged in full at the moment of order.
- Added: Your balance is credit for use on this service. It is not a deposit, it is not a bank account or stored-value account, it does not earn interest, and unless required by law it is not redeemable for cash. It does not expire.
- Added: Prices change with supplier costs and may change without notice. The price you are shown at the moment of purchase is the price you pay.
- Added: Top-up bonus. A single top-up of $100 or more earns a bonus of 5% of the amount credited, added to your balance as credit when the top-up is credited. Top-ups under $100 earn no bonus, and separate top-ups are not combined to reach the threshold.
- Added: Affiliate commission. If someone signs up through your referral link, you earn 5% of that referred account's first top-up, credited to your balance as credit once that top-up is credited. Commission is paid once per referred account: later top-ups by the same account earn you no commission. An account that signs up through a referral link also gets an extra 2% on its first top-up, up to $5. Referring yourself earns nothing.
- Added: Bonuses and commissions are balance like any other credit, on the same terms as the rest of your balance. Top-up bonuses, invite bonuses and affiliate commissions may be unavailable on accounts with custom pricing, and we may withhold or reverse any bonus or commission obtained through abuse, self-referral or fraud.
- Added: 10. Crypto payments are irreversible
- Added: Deposits are made in cryptocurrency. This has consequences you should understand before paying:
- Added: Transactions cannot be reversed. There is no chargeback. If you send funds to the wrong address they are gone.
- Added: Send only the asset and network stated on the invoice. Sending a different asset, or the right asset on the wrong network, will lose it permanently — we cannot recover it.
- Added: The exchange rate is locked for the window shown on the invoice. Pay after it expires and the rate no longer applies; contact us with the transaction id and we will credit what was received at a current rate.
- Added: Underpayments within a small tolerance are credited in full. Larger shortfalls are held and credited manually for the amount actually received.
- Added: We are not responsible for blockchain congestion, network fees, wallet or exchange errors, delays, forks, or the actions of any wallet provider or exchange you pay from.
- Added: 11. Refunds
- Added: Automatic: if a one-time number expires without receiving a code, the full price is returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
- Added: On request, before delivery: you may cancel a pending order at any time before a code arrives and be refunded in full.
- Added: Not refundable: orders where a code was delivered. The service was performed. This includes cases where the code arrived but the platform you were verifying with rejected the number — tell us anyway using the "didn't work" button, because that is how we stop routing to that supplier.
- Added: Balance withdrawals: we may return an unspent balance at our discretion, less any transaction costs, to a wallet you control. We will not do so where we suspect fraud or where it would breach sanctions law.
- Added: 12. Availability and no guarantee of delivery
- Added: We do not guarantee that a number will be available for any particular service or country, that a code will arrive, that a particular platform will accept a number, that an account created with one will remain active, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Success rates shown in the product are historical observations, not promises.
- Added: 13. Disclaimer of warranties
- Added: The service, and everything provided through it, is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults, and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, security, quiet enjoyment, and any warranty arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that any number, message, email account or code will be delivered, accurate, private, available, or accepted by any platform, or that the service will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
- Added: 14. Limitation of liability
- Added: Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- Added: Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Added: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage; for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings; for loss or corruption of data; or for the loss, suspension, restriction or closure of any account on any third-party platform, including an account you created, verified or recovered using our numbers — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, and even if we were told such loss was possible.
- Added: We are not liable for anything caused by a supplier, carrier, platform, payment network, blockchain or other third party, for the content of any message, for anyone else receiving messages sent to a number after your order ends, or for events beyond our reasonable control (section 18).
- Added: Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order that gave rise to the claim, or, where no single order is concerned, the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim — and in no case more than $100.
- Added: Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year after the event giving rise to it, or it is permanently barred.
- Added: These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; there they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
- Added: 15. Indemnity
- Added: You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use or misuse of the service or of anything obtained through it; your breach of these terms; your breach of any law or of the rights of any third party; or any account you create, verify or operate using the service. We may assume the exclusive defence of any matter you must indemnify us for, and you will cooperate with us in that defence.
- Added: 16. Suspension and termination
- Added: We may suspend, restrict or close any account, refuse or cancel any order, or withhold any balance, at any time, where an account breaches these terms, where we reasonably believe it is being used for fraud, abuse or unlawful activity, where we are asked to by law enforcement or a regulator, or where we are required to by law. Where a closure is for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. We may also discontinue any part of the service at any time.
- Added: You may close your account at any time from settings.
- Added: Sections 3, 6, 7, 10, and 13 to 21 survive the end of your use of the service.
- Added: 17. Changes
- Added: We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard before taking effect, and continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, close your account and ask us to return any unspent balance.
- Added: 18. Events beyond our control
- Added: We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier or carrier outages, platform changes, blockchain or network failures, internet or power failures, cyber-attacks, acts of government, sanctions, war, unrest, natural disasters or epidemics.
- Added: 19. Disputes
- Added: To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative proceeding, and no claim may be consolidated with another person's. Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us via support and try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.
- Added: 20. Governing law
- Added: These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of business, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law where you live.
- Added: 21. General
- Added: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer these terms; we may assign them to a successor or affiliate. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency or employment relationship, and no third party has any right to enforce them except the indemnified parties in section 15.
Last updated 17 October 2026.
Please read these terms carefully. They limit our liability, require you to indemnify us, and explain that we act only as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and the operator of Numestri ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, adding funds, placing an order, calling the API, or otherwise using the service, you accept them. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" includes that company.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract. You may not use the service if you are barred from doing so under the laws of any country that applies to you, or if you are on any government sanctions list.

On request, before delivery: you may cancel a pending order at any time before a code arrives and be refunded in full.
Not refundable: orders where a code was delivered. The service was performed. This includes cases where the code arrived but the platform you were verifying with rejected the number — tell us anyway using the "didn't work" button, because that is how we stop routing to that supplier.
Balance withdrawals: we may return an unspent balance at our discretion, less any transaction costs, to a wallet you control. We will not do so where we suspect fraud or where it would breach sanctions law.
12. Availability and no guarantee of delivery
We do not guarantee that a number will be available for any particular service or country, that a code will arrive, that a particular platform will accept a number, that an account created with one will remain active, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Success rates shown in the product are historical observations, not promises.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The service, and everything provided through it, is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults, and without warranty of any kind.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage; for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings; for loss or corruption of data; or for the loss, suspension, restriction or closure of any account on any third-party platform, including an account you created, verified or recovered using our numbers — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, and even if we were told such loss was possible.
We are not liable for anything caused by a supplier, carrier, platform, payment network, blockchain or other third party, for the content of any message, for anyone else receiving messages sent to a number after your order ends, or for events beyond our reasonable control (section 18).
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order that gave rise to the claim, or, where no single order is concerned, the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim — and in no case more than $100.
Time limit. Any claim must be brought within one year after the event giving rise to it, or it is permanently barred.
These limitations apply even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; there they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
15. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless us and our owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your use or misuse of the service or of anything obtained through it; your breach of these terms; your breach of any law or of the rights of any third party; or any account you create, verify or operate using the service. We may assume the exclusive defence of any matter you must indemnify us for, and you will cooperate with us in that defence.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict or close any account, refuse or cancel any order, or withhold any balance, at any time, where an account breaches these terms, where we reasonably believe it is being used for fraud, abuse or unlawful activity, where we are asked to by law enforcement or a regulator, or where we are required to by law. Where a closure is for breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited. We may also discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You may close your account at any time from settings.
Sections 3, 6, 7, 10, and 13 to 21 survive the end of your use of the service.
17. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard before taking effect, and continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, close your account and ask us to return any unspent balance.
18. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier or carrier outages, platform changes, blockchain or network failures, internet or power failures, cyber-attacks, acts of government, sanctions, war, unrest, natural disasters or epidemics.
19. Disputes
To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative proceeding, and no claim may be consolidated with another person's. Before bringing any claim, you agree to contact us via support and try in good faith to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.
20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of business, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law where you live.
21. General
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.
