# Welcome to the Numestri community

This is the place to ask questions, ask for platforms and countries we don't have yet, and tell us what to build next.

**Where to post**

- **Help and support** — a code that didn't arrive, a deposit that hasn't shown up, anything that isn't working. Mark the answer that solved it so the next person finds it.
- **API and developers** — integrating the catalogue, ordering, webhooks, rentals or email accounts.
- **Platform and country requests** — one platform and country per topic, so others can vote for it. The most-wanted ones get looked at first.
- **Feedback** — ideas for the dashboard, the API and these pages.

**Before you post**

- Check the [guides](https://numestri.com/guides) and [API docs](https://numestri.com/docs) — the answer may already be there.
- If something seems broken, look at the [status page](https://numestri.com/status) first.
- **Never post an API key, a webhook secret, a password or account credentials.** For anything about a specific order or payment, include the order id or transaction id — that's all we need.

**House rules**

Be useful and be kind. Nothing that breaks the [acceptable use rules](https://numestri.com/legal/terms) — no fraud, no evading bans, no selling access. Posts that do are removed and the account closed.
